AmouraOS® is built on respect, authenticity, and emotional intelligence. These Community Guidelines ensure a safe, positive experience for everyone. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

1. Be Authentic

Use real, recent photos of yourself
Provide accurate information in your profile
Be honest about your intentions and what you're looking for
Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts
One account per person

2. Be Respectful

Treat all users with kindness and dignity
Respect boundaries and consent
Accept rejection gracefully
Don't pressure anyone for personal information, dates, or meetings
Use appropriate language in all communications

3. Stay Safe

Never share financial information
Don't share sensitive personal details too quickly
Meet in public places for first dates
Trust your instincts—if something feels wrong, it probably is
Use our video chat feature before meeting in person

4. Zero Tolerance Policies

The following behaviors result in immediate account termination:

4.1 Harassment and Abuse

Threatening, intimidating, or stalking behavior
Unwanted sexual advances or explicit content
Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
Bullying or persistent unwanted contact after being blocked

4.2 Scams and Fraud

Requesting money or financial assistance
Romance scams or catfishing
Promoting illegal activities or services
Phishing or attempting to steal account credentials

4.3 Illegal Content

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Non-consensual intimate images
Content promoting violence or self-harm
Illegal goods or services

5. Content Standards

5.1 Profile Photos

Must clearly show your face
No nudity or sexually explicit content
No violent or disturbing imagery
No photos of minors (even your own children)
No copyrighted images you don't own

5.2 Biography and Text

Keep content appropriate and respectful
No spam, advertising, or promotional content
No external links or contact information (email, phone, social media)
No hate speech or discriminatory language

6. Messaging Etiquette

Start conversations respectfully
Don't send unsolicited explicit messages or images
Respect if someone doesn't respond—don't spam
If someone asks you to stop, respect their wishes
Report suspicious or inappropriate messages

7. Video Chat Guidelines

Dress appropriately (no nudity)
Be in a well-lit, appropriate setting
Don't record without explicit consent
End the call immediately if inappropriate behavior occurs
Report violations after the call

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

Use the "Report" button on profiles or messages
Block users who make you uncomfortable
Contact support@AmouraOS®.com for serious concerns
For emergencies, contact local law enforcement

All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.

9. Consequences for Violations

Warning: First-time minor violations
Temporary Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations (7-30 days)
Permanent Ban: Serious violations or repeated offenses
Legal Action: Illegal activity reported to authorities

10. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, email appeals@AmouraOS®.com with:

Your account email
Explanation of the situation
Any relevant evidence

Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
