Welcome to AmouraOS, The World's First Emotionally Fluent Dating Platform. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using AmouraOS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the AmouraOS platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all other legal documents referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AmouraOS. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
You are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws
You have not been previously banned or suspended from AmouraOS

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

AmouraOS requires email and/or phone verification. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

AmouraOS offers subscription-based access at $9.99 per month. Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

4.3 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate any person or entity
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Solicit money or financial information from other users
Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant AmouraOS a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

The AmouraOS platform, including our matching algorithm, design, logo (AmouraOS®), and slogan ("Meet with meaning. Match with purpose™") are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Patent Pending.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Harm to other users or the platform
Extended inactivity

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AMOURAOS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

AmouraOS is not responsible for user conduct, interactions, or relationships formed through the platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMOURAOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
